Bob Dugan - Director of Music & Worship

Bob was born in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, however was raised in Baltimore, Maryland.  After being radically saved at the age of twenty, Bob felt the call to ministry two years later.  He graduated from Baptist Bible Institute in Graceville, Florida, in 1977 with a Theology Diploma.  Bob furthered his education at Louisiana College in Pineville, Louisiana and received his Bachelor of Arts degree with an emphasis in Religion and Greek in 1979.  After this he continued his training at Louisiana College in Church Music and Voice and received his Bachelor of Music degree in 1981.  Bob received his seminary training at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky.  He received his Master of Church Music degree in 1985 with an emphasis in ministry and voice.

Bob has been married to the former Susan Rudolph of Baltimore, Maryland for 30 wonderful years.  Bob and Susan have one daughter, Sarah, who just graduated from Eastern University (May 2007).  Susan teaches elementary school in Baltimore City.  She also is a graduate of Southern Seminary with her Masters in Christian Education.

Before coming to Middle River, Bob served churches in Florida, Louisiana, Kentucky, Virginia, and Maryland.

Bob's desire is to see the people of God worship the Father "in spirit and in truth".
